Strange bike on ebay

Don't know if y'all have seen that bike there calling a simplex. EBay # 171036170196 looks really weird.

Don't think I've ever seen one of those before .

On May-09-13 at 09:56:49 PDT, seller added the following information:

 PLEASE NOTE: SOME PEOPLE HAVE MESSAGED ME SAYING IT IS A SAFTICYCLE MOTORCYCLE. USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT. I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT MOTORCYCLES.
