Spoke nipple clamps

What's the number on those little loop clamps that wrap around the spoke nipple on these? Anyone know if someone sells them with a smaller bore?  So, to install some out on a spoke more.

I don't ever recall seeing a number stamped in them, but my eyes are not what they used to be either.

After reading it again I see your wanting smaller ones. I think your ether going to have to make then or pad the larger ones to fit.
