I was told 45 or 46, please let me know your thoughts? Please disregard the motor.

The seat spring seems closer to a 1948 .

Maybe more pics of the other side.  Be interesting to see what bolt holes are on the vertical brace.  Would help determine what air breather it may have had.

Looks a lot like yours.

I am calling it 1946 or maybe early to mid 1947  Your bike doesn't have the lower hole for the '48 style breather that was used on late 47s
