Found this.  Shows narrow tires, inboard kicker, riser bars and pegs.

1958 Sportsman was a one year only model.  Bill Erickson sold his very nice model to a member of the Treen family, and the bike was transferred at the 2013 Portland meet.

That's exactly like mine! Less the motor etc.  Great to see a picture of an original.
