Title: What type torque converter do I need?
Post by: Cdr63corv on January 05, 2021, 02:05:42 PM
Hello have a 212 predator clone and was wondering what type of torque converter to get. I got the bike from my wife's brother and he rigged up a mess for a drive system and know it needs replacing guess from posts I've seen on here sure someone knows exactly what I need. I'm a good parts replacer not much of a mechanic thanks for any help you can provide.

There is no torque converter that is just going to bolt on to what you currently have.  You are going to have to build some sort of jackshaft system.

Either that, or call Wayne Mahaffey and speak to him about his motor plate, jackshaft, torque converter kit.
