Mid 1950's simplex for sale (California)

I'm thinking of selling one of the cycles. I'm running out of space and even had to put the Harley in the house to give me room to work in it! (plus the garage is 115 degrees!) I'm in central CA.
Read my first post about this cycle for more info. It is complete and an easy project. It has a seat but it's not original. (does have original pan) you would need to fab a bracket to use this seat. It has a front brake too.
I need to get $2300 for it. I don't think I'll go lower.

Still for sale- $2200 is the best I can do. Seems to be a good price considering the mechanicals are all rebuilt and its complete. Has a ton of new parts. It could be a nice driver with a little assy work but NO additional money invested. Could be really nice with a better quality paint job!
This one or the 1960 Harley hummer (super 10) needs to sell so I can make some room in my garage! $3k for the Harley.
