How long are the front and rear axles???

How long are the front and rear axles???       And......................  Are they 3/8" thick??

7/16-26 BSC.  5 1/2” front,  6 1/4” rear.  That’s an average, some years were a 1/4” longer or shorter, not sure why.  Doesn’t seem to matter either.  I think Wayne just sells some 6” ones now for front or rear.
