Just a question to those who know more than me, I have a simplex, H11071 I bought couple years back from a guy who bought it from a guy who got it at the Wollard auction. Started to restore and really had a lot of other things come up am considering selling it has everything except the muffler and air breather. It did run before I got going. I have the frame ,front end, luggage rack and several of the smaller parts striped and painted left the pits and sprayed with can had the idea that I wanted to preserve not restore. Now the question I really want to keep this bike whole but it seems like they bring more $ parted out is this true, and would like opinions on worth. I took detailed pictures but cant get them to load will keep trying thanks. Rich

I have removed hanger and 4 set screws, now there is a shaft that appears to also be the inner bearing race. Any information on further disassembly would appreciate. I have a H model

Hello Javier my name is rich and live in ft Lauderdale and am restoring a H model, about 3 months ago I tried to buy the bike you got but couldn't get Michael to come down and I was on a budget . weak later found mine in kendall. It is my first simplex are stories are similar I was looking for a old Harley and saw my first simplex and had to get one , so good luck Rich

Thanks for the welcome, I live in ft Lauderdale, bought the bike in Miami from a guy who purchased it in Orlando from a man who got it at the wollard auction. just completed the tear down and have been in contact with wayne, man what a great guy. do have some concerns with some bad areas under the foot pads.
