I think we have seen this one a half dozen times before, and his story is not consistent.

I wonder if he is really going to sell it this time.  I seem to remember the price going pretty high the last few times he had it on eBay, and he still has it.  It  doesn't show a reserve, but I think if it doesn't get as high as he would like, the listing gets pulled.
