1959/60 Sportsman For Sale
« on: October 11, 2015, 09:44:23 AM »
Working on a new Simplex project and have decided to thin the herd.  Not exactly sure if it is a 1959 or 1960.  Asking $4900, may take Simplex parts on trade.

Bike is pretty nice.  A couple things not correct, such as air cleaner, 2 plug cylinder, and tires.  Bike runs nice, as witnessed by everyone at Portland this summer.

Well I thought you would of out grew the need to sell it after you got back home. I see that my hopes were misplaced.  I kinda wished I had the funds to purchase it from you and place to keep it cause that's a nice bike. Looks great and it will make someone a great addition to there stable.

Thanks for the kind words Reese!  I, like you, only have so much room for toys!  With the new stretch build going on, I need the room in the trailer for next years meet.

Just buy a bigger trailer , Rick . ;)

I looked at , literally , a couple thousand trailers this Summer . Can't afford any of them . So I'll stick with the one I have , until someone wants to give me a 'just get rid of that dang trailer' kinda deal .

Pete . :)

I thought about buying a 44' fifth wheel toy hauler, but I didn't want to be too ostentatious!  LOL

I guess I will have to learn how to pack them in tighter and safer. Maybe even building a lift to raise to up and park two under. Then I will be able to carry more bikes I've got the power to do it now so why not.
