Shipping frame

I have a '49 great shape frame that I will sell for $500. But don't know how to ship---Need a pallet or just wrap ??? Help

Last year I bought 2 frames and had them shipped from Illinois to New York.  They were strapped to a pallet and sent through Fastenal shipping.  I paid $150 for the shipping. 

Does the frame come with any other parts, like the front end?

Got the original handlebars and som other things---I'll have to look
  to old to do it anymore ...When is Portland

show is the week of July 22nd and on til Sunday
