Thought I'd start a separate thread for brake related items, as we've had some related things in some of the others which might be hard to find one of these days.

Anyway, Does the brake pedal rubber pad that Wayne sells match the originals, or is it just similar?  I got a very good quote by a local outfit to soda blast & powdercoat my frame & other black stuff, but the original brake pad is so hardened, I'd never get it off without tearing it up.

Mike, how lucky are you!  I had no idea how close to original Wayne's pad was until I saw one posted for sale on Ebay today.  I'd say it is an exact copy.

Thanks Rick.  I haven't removed the old pedal yet, just in case the replacement was not a good choice. 

That ebay seller obviously has some Simplex background, based on the photo formatting he's using.  It's odd that he keeps saying "not sure what years it fits" on all of his auctions.
