I don't recognize it as one from here, anyone else? It is hard to tell, but it looks like a 1949-1952. I wonder what shape those wheels are in? If it had a gas tank, I would think it worth the asking price, but without the tank, I think more along the lines of $350.

I think pre-'52. Lots of early style parts.....headlight mount, floor boards, brake pedal, rear brake arm, seat pan......can't tell is the frame rails are straight or widened.

Yes. They made some rocker models through 1953, maybe even into 1954. The brake pedal changed from the round tube to the flat plate style in 1953.
