Title: Oil Bath Air Cleaner
Post by: Dominic DiMarko on September 13, 2015, 05:19:14 PM: A friend of mine tells me that the frame mounted oil bath air cleaner was only used on the military Simplex. Is that true?

In my opinion that 48 with that clutch system along with the visible flywheel puller and the upright oil bath air filter and the front muffler can is the most beautiful Servi-Car model ever made,Cheers...!!

Post by: jpointer1990 on May 25, 2021, 07:43:33 PM: I have the oil bath filter on my 48. Just cleaned mine out earlier this week. Love it. From what Wayne has told me Simplex only used it for about a year and a half? Anyone know differently? Apparently they are sought after.
