With a quick search for paint edge sealer I found one from the 3M company that's made for decals. Don't know if this is what you seek.

Simplexes with Non-Original Engines / Re: sediment bowl

Well all the plastic tubing I've ever used had a metal sleeve to go inside to help with stability. I have also seen both plastic and metal sleeves used to seal against the outer wall of the tubing.

Frame, Tank, Seat, Controls, Etc / Re: Tanks
« on: December 12, 2017, 10:43:36 AM »
Sorry I have not gotten the tanks pressed yet and I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I have the press set upright and ready to be moved to the barn but life has gotten in the way. With work, the cows, moving storage containers, trucks down, and trying to build a house. I'm a little preoccupied for the pass three months or so I haven't gotten back to it like I should. Shoot I have two bikes taken apart and can't even get to them. I am looking for someone that might be wanting to take this project over if they are not too busy. Hint hint.

Reggie I will get some pictures sent to you as soon as I can. If you have Wayne's jackshaft and kick starter you have almost everything you will need. If you are wanting to put the transmission up under the seat as I did you will need a longer belt. I would take some current photos but I have mine taken apart trying to rework the brake system. With the GC motors you need a different way to brake. Rick moved his pedal down I'm working on a cable system.

Looks like a regular sediment bowl to me. It looks like he doesn't have the room to mount it where it should.

F you check out the 56 with a Honda cg190 and first roll out. I tried to give as much detail as possible on my use of the gc190 motor and the problems I encountered. Post as many photos as you can.

Hey did you check out my bike with the gc190 on it. I went all out and I even dropped the carb down about 6inches to make room for the transmission.
