Heres some pics of my '48 Whizzer with custom sidecar.
Completely restored from top to bottom.
We tried to restore it as it wouldve been in the 50s (other
Than we went with show chrome not nickle).
Side car was all built from scratch not an existing side car
That was modified.
Here are some pics hope you guys enjoy it!

Looks great! Have you ridden it with anyone in the sidecar?
-
No I havent really ridden it at all after the restoration due to a. Lot of work.
So at the moment its just sitting under a cover at my shop, unfortunately.

here's a pic of a sidecar I installed on a 76 Yamaha DT100 I "re-did" for hauling my grandson to the park and fishing at the river. I used a 70's pedalcar body I found. He really liked riding in it, but then as they do, out grew it. Easy off/on and tracked very well down the road. They drive like a whole new "animal" with a sidecar tho! Be cautious and practice empty before putting someone in it!

That pedal car body is a "Probe", made by AMF. They used to be very collectable. They made 3 wheel and 4 wheel versions of it. I used to work at AMF back in the good ole days.

You are correct Mike. This one was a trashed out 3 wheel version I got off Craigs List for $20. I sold the tires and pedal assembly (what was left of it) to another guy for the $20 I paid for it. LOL Then made a pan and frame for it.
