mine is a 24 tpi thread per inch.  it  looks to be 7/16 regular thread.  I  have a1958  wheel horse tractor.  it takes a smaller thread. I just assumed my cycle tank was the same.

i still have questions.  if the "spark coil" skinny wire goes to the center screw of condenser , where does the other wire from coil go? also are you saying that the condenser will have a connection to that strap? further do I run i wire from my ignition (1 side to ground, the other to the condenser also? ) meaning on the condenser center screw it will include the strap, small coil wire, and ignition ground wire? now that being said what is the situation with the lighting coil? how is it wired?
thanks

Frame, Tank, Seat, Controls, Etc / THROTTLE CABLE
« on: August 05, 2013, 10:06:33 PM »
Hello, wondering if any of you guys have ran into this? I purchased both the throttle cable and the choke cable from Wayne. choke cable slightly larger. Because the throttle is a "push /pull steel cable it backs itself out of the adjuster. Im wondering if anyone has a fix? Also, because the twist throttle is a hidden control style, there is no way a return spring will pull the cable back.(too much friction) what are people using to keep cable into adjuster?  I went to bike shop and got 2 new adjusters. ( a bit loose).  any pictures or ideas? thanks

Thank, but it did not work. electrode too long.  it hits the piston.  available room is 17mm before it hits the piston.  in need a 16mm or so. the plug you recommended was 17.5mm.
