servi cycle fender tip
« on: December 04, 2012, 12:27:30 PM »
Let me start off by saying hey yall I just joined this site. My dad and I are building a couple of Simplex's and and I am on the search for a fender tip. I asked Wayne about it and he said a guy in florida used to make them but he died a little over a year ago and I was wondering if any of yall have or know someone who has one of these fender tips for sale.I would appreciate any help,Thanks

Hi Red, welcome aboard!  The man that made them was Gary Wollard.  His son, Adam, has an account on here.  Search for it and send him an email, maybe he has some left.

Post some pictures of your projects!

Can't wait to see some pics Red!  Go to the photo gallery section and look at the fender tips there. They came from Gary Wollard.  At one time he offered pewter, chrome plated and even brass ones.

I resized the photos so we can see them without scrolling.   If you can, try to keep them about 120kb in size, this works best for most forums.  Thanks!

There were several of the fender garnishments in the Wollard auction a couple weeks back . Also The molds which Gary had made to produce the garnishment /trim  was sold at auction . Perhaps the person with the molds will produce more . Sorry I dont know who purchased these items , but there out there someplace .
