What Year is my Bike? / IM NEW TO THE SITE AND JUST BOUGHT A SIMPLEX

I JUST PURCHASED THIS BIKE ITS TITLED AS A 1948 BUT AFTER VISITING THIS SITE IM NOT SURE IF THATS TRUE,HERES A COUPLE PICTURES AND I WILL GET NUMBERS AND POST LATER ,MAYBE SOMEBODY COULD HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT I HAVE,THANKS
