when I first installed this sytem on my whizzer ambassador with a 212....it snapped the shaft we had turned down to fit the 12mm bearings that were in the jackshaft area stock......that happened again a few months later and now we put a bigger jackshaft mount on for 5/8 shaft....you'ld be scared by what it did when it broke just idling both times... a guard is a good idea I think. Im having an alum one made

I did this install on a newer whizzer and took a bunch of pics...its kinda the same installation but I don't know where here to start a thread. I intend to do this to a simplex when I find one.....anyway here it is

I'm new so bare with me....I'm wondering what the average weight of a service cycle is stock and the engines weight?
Also are there any suppliers of sheaves besides whizzer? Or any other parts.

I use kenda flame 3" tires on my 2008 ambassador (whizzer)...they are replacements I bought for around $26 ea at a local bicycle shop. Comparing them to what came on the whizzer I could find no difference other than the replacements weren't marked DOT...been on since early spring...so far no problems...and that bike bumps over 50mph easy with the 212 I used

Hi everyone,
I'm Bruce from CT. been looking some at the forum and really cool bikes. I currently have 2 ..2008 Whizzers. An NE5 and an ambassador fitted with a HF 212 and TAV...I see a few have chosen that for their service cycle here.
Gonna try and find one for a winter build..love the looks of them.
