I picked up a Simplex without an engine. I Put an old Briggs WMB on it. The number on the frame is 07734. Does anyone know what year this frame is? Any help is appreciated!

Welcome . :)
According to our registry and http://www.simplexservi-cycle.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1678.0;attach=10951 , I'd say the frame is most likely from 1954 .
Interesting drive set up . Can you post a few pics with more definition , please ?
Pete . :)

These should be a better view for you. Single speed. Tank shift. This engine is very under-powered (1/2 HP). I didn't realize the HP rating until it was complete. I sized the pulley system for a top speed of 17 MPH at 3600 RPM engine speed.

Very home grown . I like it . :)
Where is the muffler and what is the chrome container ?
Not that 17 MPH would kill you , but , what do you do for brakes ?

If you look closely at the picture of the left side of the bike above, you will see that the factory muffler on the brigs WMB is nothing more than a plug with holes in it screwed into the exhaust port. The chrome piece is a re-pop tool box meant for an old Harley. I have attached a couple of pics of the brake system that I installed. Also, below are links to videos of it running. Thanks for your interest. Its for sale if you know anyone who is interested.
