Thank You! I'm going to pull them apart and clean them up. To see what I have to work with.

Is this something I would pick up at Home Depot? As rusted as the parts are they still turn free!

Check with a decent brake shop . They should be able to get the job done .

Or , I think Wayne sells linings .
Thanks! I didn't think anyone did that anymore!

Does anyone know of where I can get my brake shoes relined? It is for the English hub for a 1938.

Correct; a tab in the back and a stud up front. The tank leaked in several places but I have it sealed up now.I also have the original glass float bowl which I am going to use along with copper fuel lines.

I will look at the GC 160,to keep it "OldSchool" do you think I could put a rope wind pulley on that motor? What torque converter would you recommend?

That's a good start , alright . ;)

Is that the original pulley on the rear wheel ?
The rims and pulley are not original, looks like someone used old HD bike rims and used a coaster brake my local bike shop cleaned it up but the brakes were worn out and no parts are available.I purchased a moped hub with a sprocket and drum brake I am going to have laced in.I am planning on using a torque converter for the primary drive and am thinking about a small two stroke "bike kit" engine but am not sure if it will have enough power.I can always use a small 4 stroke, what do you think?

I will be traveling to New Orleans in January and was wondering if anyone knows of any Servi Cycle related sites I may want to visit? I have looked on the web but have not come across anything that is still there.I am rebuilding (not all original) a 1938 just sealed the tank and decided to go with a moped rear chain drive hub with a drum brake, probably will use a Harbor Freight motor along with a torque converter.
