Mike suggested in another thread that there may be some interest in the old bicycles that I collect. So here we go, one at a time.
This is a 1941 Firestone "Flying Ace" manufactured by the Colson Corp. of Elyria, Ohio. For sheer coolness, I'd have to say this is my favorite bicycle. As you can tell, I like patina! My preference is to revive, rather than restore.

Now I know what those truss bars came off of that I modified on to my beater bike!

Nice bike. Do you have any others? Here are a couple of my rats. The first is a fifties J.C Higgins and the second is a 37 Schwinn. Bikes are my #1 hobby.

No that photo was taken on Machinac Island.

Here's another Colson. This one is a pieced together 1939 snap tank model. I was very fortunate to get this one for a reasonable price, as these racks are fairly hard to come by.

Here's an old Western Flyer I messed with. Replaced the black gas tank eventually and put a fuel cell inside the "original" gas tank area. I like the look of the 144 spoke front rim. kind of a "Shriners bike" but fun to ride.
