Tom ,

I don't see a muffler . I looked in the scooter manual and didn't see any there , either .
Does the exhaust simply straight pipe dump below the motor ( seems that would be pretty loud )  or is it integrated into the lower frame pipes ?

I see the bottom frame pipes have what looks like washers close to the ends and wondered if maybe they were 'silencers' .

The frame is the exhaust.

Exhaust dumps into frame and then straight out both rear pipes of frame.  No silencers.  Actually runs pretty quiet.
