Here are the last pics, also showing tank mounting. I also show the wiring someone asked about. One wire is for the rear light and the other two go to the headlight. A manual should show were the magneto wire connects.

I've added more pics showing how rust free the bike is. I wiped down a few spokes on the front and back wheels using just a paper towel and windex...they cleaned up nicely. Other pics show other rust free areas and a few very light, surface, rust spots. Hope these pics stir up some interest.

I sent the guy, who sold the $475 seat, tanks and other things on ebay, an email asking if he would be interested in my bike. He sent me a nice reply saying he was not a collector and just was selling his uncles servi cycle collection. Said his uncle loved servi cycles but is not buying anymore.

My bike is still for sale here and hoping for offers.

Hi,

You are one of the very few folks that have responded to my many posts. I'm selling my cycle. There are many photos in the "what year is my bike section and the for sale section.

If anyone is interested, I'm parting out on ebay. A seat like mine just sold for $475 without the coil spring or mounting bar. I'm braking it down to about 25 parts. The first parts will be on ebay tomorrow.

Think I found the pics, in post EDarly G photos, you were referring to. Spittin image of my bike G1244 except for three things. Brake lever on front wheel hub is on left side, mine has three hand levers, front brake, pressure release valve and throttle and mine doesn't have a horn. The black paint, gold striping and tank painting are exactly how mine looked when I got it.

Absolutely want it! Be sure to compare photos I posted.
I don't quite understand your post. What does "Absolutely want it mean"? Do you want to buy it at some time? And, where are your photos and what should I compare them to?

Thanks,
henry

My bike will be on ebay in a few days. If no ebay interest for whole bike I will be parting it out on ebay. A seat like mine has a high bid of $300+. A rusted frame sold for $455. Seems there is a market.

I'm asking $2,250. Based on ebay it seems if I part it out I could make at least $3,000.
Does anyone want to make an offer. I just learned shipping will cost about $600 and I really want to sell the bike.

Thanks. All I know is that they were on the bike when I got in 59. I just made a roll-around dolly to get the tires off the ground. I'll try treating the tires. I would love to inflate them. As I've said the bike is essentially rust free and the motor bearings spin smoothly. It would be an easy restoration.

Thanks richS. Still wonder if there is a way to make the tires a little plyable.
