There should be a frame number under the neck which would help identify the year as Reese, I think,  stated in the other post.

Bigger pictures would help, but it looks like a 1953 or later bike.  The flat plate handlebar mount started in 1949, but the dual filler gas tank didn't start until 1953.

The picture on the other page looks to be a duel tank. Yea HG we need the number under the neck.  ;D
