Simplex Model L gs tank

I would like to trade a black model L gas tank for one that is maroon.  This tank is in decent shape, and I want one with similar quality.  I don't need the cap or fuel valve.  Mike 228-806-7670

Mike, did you try the Wollard's?  Maybe they have one sitting in the stash!

Hi Rick,
I looked when I bought the bike (summer 2011) from Adam.  I did not see very many gas tanks at all.  I also asked Wayne when I saw him at Barber's last month, so I figured I'd post and see what happens.  I just spoke with Norman Burton tonight-he is just getting out of the hospital after having pneumonia (he was 86 on October 1st)!!!!!! Mike
