Mid 1960s Sportsman "V" Senior with the Villiers 200cc
This may be a Simplex Trail Bike or not.
My first look was the knobby tire and the high pipe. did someone modify it?
Then i saw the two sprockets on the rear wheel.
The handle bars are not on a goose neck but mounted with U bolts.
The configuration of the rack differs from others on this page and the seat
is mounted on a single spring again.
It sold on eBay for $1,641.16 (8/24/15)

I believe they called this the Trail Boss, or something similar.  They also had a trail version of the Senior C.  Looked really complete.
