Hello from Tulsa. I have read your forum every once in while and thought I should post my bike.
It is a Simplex Wizard from Western Auto stores. I have owned it for about 30 years.

I could not help but notice the similarities between your bike and my wife's bike.

Yes Stafford looks like the same bike with different decals!
