Forgive me Rick if it turns again!  Another handout showing differences from standard to deluxe option. I see differences in the tank, key switch location and tailpipes. Anything else?  And notice the kick starter rubber!  Second hand out is the one Gary used in his book. (match up page number in his book)  "Flashing Performance- From standstill to 40 MPH in one block"  Gotta love it!!

Tom, does that tank only have one gas cap?

Also, the Deluxe has a front mudflap. Also stainless steel cover on front exhaust pipe.

Yes,  looks like gas cap on the left.

transmission hoop is plated rather than painted on the delux.  It looks like the pic's were airbrushed (very typical for the times).  I don't know that I've ever seen a plated tranny hoop in real life.  Has anyone else?

That hoop my have been painted silver .
