I'm new and still learning stuff every day. Is this an original part or what. Ordered some parts from Wayne and he thinks my bike is early 40s. Thanks guys.      Sorry about the pic sizing I'll figure it out soon.

I don't recall ever seeing a simplex with a neck like that, but who knows.  Simplex did source parts from different places over the years, si it is possible.
