Thank you all for the welcome. Ricks I appreciate the advice, I wasn't sure if the frame was of any real value. I was thinking about trying to build it with an engine that I have.

Unfortunately, no this is all.
I wasn't even sure if it was worth trying to find parts for it, but a gentleman that rebuilds old tractors told me once.
"If there is enough of it to make a shadow it can be rebuilt"

Thank you for allowing me to join the group.
I had never heard of Simplex until I saw this sitting a yard and stopped and became the new owner.
I know the pictures are not very good quality.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
