I am 265 and the second spring is great. As far as the worksman brakes go... there is no stopping on a dime. You have to plan your braking ahead of time and squeeze for dear life. The shock springs on this bike aren't very good. This bike is heavy by itself. If I push it down on the forks it doesn't want to come up. So I need to find some stiffer springs.

This is the replica Servi I picked up a few months back on ebay.
Its running great and has lots of power.
Got the seat done and added dual springs, which works great.

Got it done this weekend. I torched it. Didn't budge easy but it finally broke free. I also pulled the crank pulley. Thanks to this site I knew ahead of time that it was left hand thread!

Any tips on removing the big flat head screw that connects the rod bearing to the crank? Is it left or right hand? I hate flat head screws - I couldn't get it to budge. I started tearing my engine down for a rebuild today. Its an M model. I've read through the forum to get an idea of what I am in for. Thanks for the help!

Picked it up. It has a brigs engine. I don't know why he thought it was a Honda. The bike doesn't disappoint. Needs a little cleaning here and there. I hope to run it this week. I also have an extra seat pan, I am going to get it covered and changed out as soon as I can. I also have a new set of coker tires I am going to put on it as I don't like the look of the bike tires (and safety reasons).

It was 4 or 5 months ago. It does have the compression plate. I don't remember exact numbers on compression but they were ok. It seemed like gas wasn't getting into the cylinder. If I poured a little gas in directly I wasn't getting anything either. I will test compression again in the next few days.

I bought a sericycle a few months ago. The gentleman I got it from told me it last ran 4 months prior. I couldn't get it to do anything. Has nice spark, good compression. I Rebuilt the carb, even tried ether. Wont even pop just a little bit. Only thing I can think is the plug shows a spark but may not be firing when installed(possibly shorting)Tried different plugs. Anyway looks like I am going to tear down the engine.
