Honda GC190 Carb.
« on: July 11, 2019, 02:03:27 PM »
The Honda GC190 carb that is on my engine does not have a idling screw.  When I crank the engine it idles way to fast. Does anyone know of an aftermarket carb that will fit that engine with idle screw adjustment.  Desperatly need help. Repair shops nearby are no help.

thanks

Spit-balling here ...
Maybe adjust idle via cable tension ?
Or possibly bending a stop tab ?

Take a picture of the carb for us.  I had a GS190, which is the same  as a GC190 but with a cast iron sleeve.  It had an adjustment screw on the carb linkage.
