Ignition Key Position
«

I've looked in my manual & on the internet.
What are the positions of the ignition key?
Like, one turn to the left from center is what?
My key turns (I think) 3 times to the left from the straight up & down position.
I figure one click is start?
Two clicks turns on the headlight, etc?
What's the order of operation?
Thanks

I don't currently have one, but going by memory, all the way left off, 1 click right run with no lights, 2 clicks run with low beam 1, 3 clicks run with high beam.

Okay, good. So I must of had it totally backwards. I have spark & I rebuild the carburetor. But, I haven't got the bike to start yet. Not that I've tried that much. It is in a storage unit a number of miles away. I spend most of my spare time working on my 1967 RS Camaro convertible. I'm preparing it for a new paint job (very time consuming). Then, I hope to tackle the Simplex restoration.
