As promised.   And all the way from Newcastle, England!  Feel so lucky to have found this.  Definitely adds insight to what was happening inside Simplex mfg. at the time.

It kept very nicely for something near 80 years old .
Nice collection addition .

20 dollars down and 3 dollars a week ... Too bad we can't get terms like that these days . LOL
