Alternate sheave to use on Simplex rear wheel

I own two Simplex bikes. Both are projects.  I don't have a sheave for bike #2.  Can I use a whizzer sheave mounted to a worksman 26" wheel?

Does Wayne carry them for sale?

Wayne is working on having them reproduced again.  I would call him and see how far out the production is slated.
