This kind of confirms questions about ordering different colors but what about that tow bar option??? Also shows insight to when they offered the options as the order form was printed to use in the '40s.

I'm drooling over the the 8 dollar saddle bags.....Of course 8 bucks was a lotta cash back then.  I can remember in 1970 being able to come up with a dime to buy a candy bar at the store, but could not scrape up 4 more pennies to buy the 14 cent Hostess Fruit Pie that I really wanted.....

I would think that getting a direct drive model going would be a pain in the but if it had a trailer being pulled behind.
