Is there anyone that has a Simplex registered in Ma. Im asking becuase Ma has moped - under 49cc and Motorcycle. Im just trying to find where these bikes fall with registering. I had to say My 47 Whizzer was 49cc but that was kind of believable becuase of the pedals, I think it might be difficult to pass one of these as under 49cc. By the way does anyone have a picture of a Simplex compared to a beach cruiser type bicycle?
