I'm sure you could put a rope pull on it.  The man that did the above one hammer formed a piece of aluminum to cover the flywheel, and it looks awesome!  I wish he would make that available as a kit.

I would try a torque convertor thru a jackshaft, but what Bill did was a minibike clutch.

Correct; a tab in the back and a stud up front.The tank leaked in several places but I have it sealed up now.I also have the original glass float bowl which I am going to use along with copper fuel lines.
