Even thou I once had 429 Tbird w/ interceptor package that ran like there was no tomorrow, I like the looks of the early 60's models better.  I think they look like what Batman's cousin would have driven....

Hey Mike I used to have that motor in this car (came out of a 69 Tbird) but I blew it up when I was 18 and didn't know how to rebuild it so I traded it for a running 2v 429.....then put in this 351 4V out of a 69 mustang. It rips for an old boat :)

I see a PO added a pull start hub .

Kickstart here, I see the air cleaner is facing down.  That is the second one I have seen this way.  All mine face out to the right side.  Nice find, and a shifter at that.
