Title for 1957 Simplex Servi-cycle

I have a title that i bought on Ebay a while ago just in case i had trouble getting one in my state-well i got one no trouble at all!! so i'm selling this one...its for a 1957-I will sell it for what i paid-$225.00 let me know

Would you please list the steps you had to take in order to obtain the Michigan title for your Simplex ?
