Not enough detail pictures to tell for sure, but I say no.  The brake linkage doesn't look like any I have ever seen, and neither does the drive axle.  The rear wheel mounts also don't look correct.  Do you have any more pictures?

I remember having heart palpitations that first time I walked on the Hill!  It was extremely hot that day.  About 97 degrees.  I had walked continually that whole day until the heat got the best of me and so I went back to the motel to crash in the AC.!!  It was great!!
