Kick Stand Question

Is this the kick stand mount.  Its under the left foot board.

So this is later than a 1948 frame.  My bike was a bunch of pieces when I got it.

That looks like the rocker mount for the manual transmission. Plus getting them in pieces is where the fun is. Yours may of had a kickstand mounted closer to the rear wheel like kartjocky's bike.

Post a picture of the whole frame on the left side.  I agree with Reese, that is the pivot for the shifter.
