#2220L bulbs on ebay

An ebay seller has "more than 10" sets of 2 #2220L bulbs for $3.99 plus shipping.  I don't know what the L designates.  Does anyone else know?  Could be a good price.

I bought a couple of those bulbs a few months ago from that seller.  I did not use one yet, but I compared it to a 2220 I had lying around, and it looked identical.
