I think this was in Portland a few years back.  Seem to remember flywheel cover.  I think the rider was a principle in Detroit.  If it is the guy he collected other old bikes.  Travis and I nicknamed him "Detroit".

You're probably right , Tom .

The ad says the bike's in Ferndale, Michigan, United State .
I like his use of 4 stroke valve springs for the front suspension .
