Special Tools needed that can be LENT
« on: May 06, 2013, 08:38:56 AM »
I am going to start this cause I know how hard and costly these bikes can be. So if you are will to loan something out or need something this may be what your looking for.

The rules are simple:

#1. Take care of the item as if it was yours.
#2. Send it back when you're done
#3 Sign the travel log to show where its been.
Here's. My item I have a Professional Beugler Striper.

Reese ,

Thank You for letting me use that pin stripper . I had never used as nice a tool for that purpose before . It's easy to use and with a little practice I was able to lay a strip good enough that no one has laughed at , yet . Maybe they are just being nice . :D

The instruction booklet that comes with the pin stripper was very helpful .

Thanks , again .
Pete . :)

I'll also offer up my little rivet tool for re-lining brake shoes.  Simplex sized shoes don't really fit normal sized rivet tools.

Just let me know.  I'll bring it along to Portland in case anyone going needs it.
