So it's the Fourth of July and I have a voltage issue due to a bad common on the line. (The lights dim up and down every time we turn on the dishwasher or toaster). So I am thinking how lucky do I have to be to get the power company out on a holiday when up pulls one of their trucks. Turns out he was rubber necking my servi and me out in the driveway! He doesn't have a Simplex but he does have a 1950 Harley Hummer and a 1958 Lambretta. So I told him about my issue with the power and he fixed it on the spot! He took my number and hopefully we will get together soon! What an awesome holiday!
