Must be that's what I recalled .

Different ( earlier catalog ) prices ...

So , Mrs. Fox is not the source any longer ? You wrote that she sold all remaining inventory . Do you know who bought it ? And , from where/who does Wayne get his stock ?

It appears the info I read on the internet was incorrect.  Wayne told me the widow is still making some of the stuff herself, such as the grips that Wayne sells.  She only makes the rubber part, Wayne owns the dies that makes the aluminum end caps.

After messing around with couple versions, decided that simple(x) was better.  Cut down a handlebar grip that matched the footpads and capped the end.  Ribbed for her pleasure (the bikes, that is)

When I was discussing a kick-start adapter with him, I asked him if it was just a rubber sleeve or a pedal on a '48, and he said if it had one at all, it was just a sleeve. As for my brake light switch...don't "dis" it, it works and cost me one whole dollar.

Ha . I got ya beat . My didn't cost a thing . It was a salvage .
I'm just curious as to what it looks like off the frame . I can't fully make it out from that pic .
And , I say goofy , because it doesn't resemble any brake light switch I've ever seen on a bike .
But hey , if it works ... ;)

Wayne has them I ordered one from him about 4 months ago. I think he charged about $15.
