New from LA

Hi. I'm just joining this site. I bought a '49 Simplex last summer. I took it all apart and rebuilt it with a lot of help from Wayne in AL. I wanted to make it a military tribute bike. It runs great, but I'm still getting used to riding it. I'm posting a few pictures of it. I hope they load correctly. Charles

Welcome to the site. Your bike looks fabulous. Rocker clutches are the best! Actually they are pretty easy to ride. And once you are under way the pedal will snap down at speed and you can relax your foot on the footboard as you ride.

Thanks. I'm still getting used to the clutch. It will snap down, but I thought I was doing something wrong when it did that, or I didn't have the belts adjusted correctly. Riding with my foot constantly on the pedal was challenging.
